What We're Looking For:

• Registered Pharmacy Technician in good standing with the Alberta College of Pharmacy (ACP).
• Community pharmacy experience is a must for at least one year.
• Experience with Kroll is a strong asset.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Reliable, professional, and comfortable working as part of a team.
• Someone who takes pride in doing things properly and providing excellent patient care.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Prepare, process, and check prescriptions within your professional scope.
• Perform technical checks and support an efficient prescription workflow.
• Assist with blister packaging and medication preparation.
• Process prescription billing and resolve third-party billing issues.
• Manage inventory, medication orders, and stock.
• Communicate professionally with patients, prescribers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Work closely with pharmacists and pharmacy assistants to keep the pharmacy running smoothly.
• Help maintain the high standard of service our patients have come to expect.
